Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day workshop that teaches participants to recognize when someone may be having thoughts of suicide and works with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is an organization that provides support for adults who want to understand how to help someone between the age of 12-18 suffering from mental health or addiction. Topics that that will be discussed in the program will be related to depression, anxiety, and drug abuse. Trainings are 8 hours.
